2025-08-04Great Nail salon very clean and very nice staff. I picked the colors I wanted and told the nail tech what I was looking for and she said she can do that. I also had a pedicure which was very nice. I will be definitely going back and recommend them.

I got dip nails with tips from him. 5 layers overall and they're so petite and natural looking - nail genius! They're super durable. The staff are all hardworking and kind and I highly recommend supporting this salon, it's totally worth it!

2025-04-03Best nail salon in WNY! Always an amazing experience at Cloud. The salon is very clean and comfortable. The pedicure chairs are luxurious. Tracy is the best nail tech, I always love my dip and it lasts for weeks. Everyone who works at cloud is so friendly and helpful.

2025-04-24Very nice staff and a lot of color options. I went in for a gel manicure and was able to show the nail tech what I wanted for a design. I really love how my nails turned out. Lisa did most of my manicure and then Ken finished it off with the design.

2024-07-30Okay so if you look at my google reviews you’ll see I’ve been around to a few nail places. Mike/michael took such good care of my nail shape & really paid attention to detail. I was told to go to Elena or Ken but I’m very happy I went with Mike! I’m about a little over a month with the longest set I’ve personally have & “knock on wood” not a single one has broke yet. My nails just now look like they need a fill. I went else where were customer services was good but the prices were double, yes you got wine but your nails would break within days sometimes within a week or so. So frustrating when you spend so much & tip so much. I’m with cloud nail bar here on out. I’ll definitely be going back to Mike & I can’t wait to check out the pedis!!
