This was my first time here. The normal nail tech I’ve been going to for six years moved to Miami last year. I’ve been tirelessly trying to find a salon that lives up to her standard. I pass this Nail Salon every day on my way to the gym and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. I got Bella for a tech. She did such an amazing job. She was precise, professional and fast. She checked in with me the entire process and made sure I was happy. The shape is perfect, the length is perfect, and there are no bumps or uneven spots. They are literally perfect. I asked for a design and she said she could not do it, which I appreciate the honesty rather than just telling me yes and not being able to do it. She recommended next time a fellow coworker that is better at designs who wasn’t there today. There were many colors to choose from and other designs to choose from. I just simply decided to go with a nude pink. I will definitely be back for more nails and pedicure services and this time I will be with a friend. Thank you, Bella.

First time at Crystal Nail & Spa on 9/24/25. Upon arrival first of all I was greeted with a smile in a friendly manner and not fake. I was asked to choose a nail polish color. I arrived around 5:15 pm. I was seated in probably less than six minutes. The establishment is clean and spacious. There is free WiFi. The music wasn’t blaring and was playing at a comfortable background type of volume. My nail tech Jimmy was very professional He’s been doing nails since the 90’s. He clipped my toenails and used the electric file before he had me soak my feet which I found interesting. He’s the first to start that way. I’ve been to plenty of nail shops. The leg and foot massage was amazing! He took his time and was laser focused on delivering excellent service. I think I found my favorite nail tech. He deserved every bit of the gratuity I gave in appreciation for his excellent pedicure service. Many blessings to Crystal Nail & Spa and to Jimmy and his family.🙏🏾

I absolutely love this nail salon! The entire place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a relaxing, peaceful vibe the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Kim is my go-to girl and truly the reason I won’t go anywhere else. She’s patient, incredibly detailed, and a total perfectionist in the best way. My nails always come out flawless, clean, classy, and exactly how I envisioned them. She listens, gives great suggestions, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. From the ambiance, to the service, to the quality, this salon is truly top-tier. Had my first appointment here yesterday. Was very happy with my experience!! My appointment was relaxing and enjoyable! My nail tech was friendly, sweet, helped me pick out the perfect green I was wanting, and did a great job! So happy with my nails and will definitely be back!

Thida is the BEST! My nails always come out great and I get the best compliments. I’ve referred 4 new clients and they all love her.
