Love this salon because they care about the health of your nails over the look! You’re not sacrificing your nail health to get a high end look. They take their time to evaluate and execute.

Always feeling polished never pressed, me and my sisters go here and we love the vide and everything about this place. I love my nails every time and Lori is always communicating with me about my nails and helps me learn more about the health of them. I love the talent she has and how amazingly she can work with her clients.

I recently visited Pressed and Polished for an overlay gel full set of my natural nails, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. Within just three days, my nails polish chipped, nails cracked and broke. I paid $151 tip included. I reached out to the salon in hopes of having them fixed, was told to come in to have 5 of my nails repaired. I was told by the nail tech Lorelei after asking did she know why my nails chipped, cracked and broke, her response was because of "your nail shape (square) or the products is not compatible with everyone." An experienced nail tech? Ok was my response including I've worn my nails this shape forever. After expressing respectfully how I felt the nail tech claims she was uncomfortable with doing my nails so I was left with no option but to cut and remove the polish. In fact, after attempting to fix my nails, they were left damaged, unpolished, and UNMANICURED. “Pressed and Polished the salon is called more like inexperienced and unrefined. I Spoke with the owner of "Pressed and Polished" Gabby several days later, she was unable to provide a satisfactory solution after I expressed to her my concerns and dissatisfaction in the service that was supposed to be provided. She was extremely dismissive of my concerns and repeatedly said there's nothing she could do and referred to the 7 day policy. You're the owner there's plenty you could have done for paying customer for expected service. I offered to send a picture of how my nails were left. She was dismissive of that too. The lack of care and resolution was frustrating, and I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. I was left feeling PRESSED AND NOT POLISHED. It's upsetting to pay for a service and not only have it not last, but also to be met with a response that there was nothing that could be done. I noticed her response to other bad experiences, they were CHATGPT polished. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my horrible experience.

Pressed & Polished is thee nail salon! So far I’ve had three appointments with Lore and when I tell you each time I leave I feel extremely satisfied with the work she has done. The environment is very well kept, sanitary and clean. The vibes are on point and chill. Energy is very welcoming. I am truly grateful that I have found a nail salon that not only knows how to cater to their clients but also their workers growth and artistry!

Pressed and polished had been my absolute favorite nail salon since it first opened. I always leave content with the service that’s provided. P&P is not like any other salon. They will 100% provide the best customer service, they care about their customers and never make you feel rushed out. I walk in with the warmest welcome from all the girls. I love a calm and fun atmosphere.
