2025-11-09First of I haven't gone in years. Someone gave me a gift cert. Fine. Its an automatic 20% gratutity in their in addition to the service charge.My appointment was delayed b/c the receptionist had to clarify clerical issue that should been discussed before me checking phone booked my service.I was late to my service and more distressed than I should've been b/c of that .Massage Therapist nice was nice and put me to ease immediately never going back. Fyi. I have no show charge from an internet booking I never completed b/c I didn't wanted to and the credit card on file was expired. Whats the problem???

2025-10-24Had an amazing experience here today! I had a couples massage then the ananda scalp service. All of the staff was professional, caring, and hardworking. The space was calming, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend all of their services! We will return!

2025-07-30I feel so lucky to have Rasa spa so close... I've been seeing Tamara as regularly as I can to help with the long-standing knots in my shoulders, and she works some serious magic! In addition to being a skilled massage therapist who takes the time to listen to you and who has some serious deep-tissue abilities (thank god!), she's also just a great human. I love coming an hour (or a few!) early and alternating between the sauna and reading in the relaxation room. It's definitely my happy place!

2025-08-04Today I went for a massage. I get massages twice a month, and I’ve tried many different places. But this was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. If I were 90 or 100 years old, maybe I would’ve liked it — but her hands had absolutely no strength. It felt like she was just applying oil for the entire hour. Even though I asked her to use more pressure, nothing changed. Maybe she just didn’t have the strength, or maybe this is the kind of gentle massage that elderly people prefer. To give you an idea: the pressure was about the same as when I apply baby oil to my child and gently pat her back to help her sleep. That said, the facility itself was the best I’ve been to — very clean and well-equipped. I filled out a form beforehand indicating areas of discomfort, but it seemed like none of that was taken into account. Overall, only the sauna and the amenities were good.
