Shannon has been the only person that I let take care of my hair for years. I always feel so refreshed, and somehow my hair feels even longer and fuller after she trims the edges and split ends away for me. I have fairly thin and fine hair that is slightly textured and difficult for me to manage alone. She's absolutely wonderful with her styling and trimming. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone, but especially those of us who have thin or fine hair. 10/10! 😊

I used to love this place to go get my nails done and just enjoy getting pampered, but recently this place has really gone down hill. Two weeks ago I went in with my mother to get our nails done, I wanted a simple maroon and gold french with a nude base and the girl who did them wasn't even a hired employee, but only a trainee at the salon. She spent so long on prepping my nails and when it was time to put on the color she spent so long fixing it took about fifteen minutes. Then it was time to do the chrome she messed up twice trying to apply it, which I understand she is in training, but should have been done by an actual employee at the salon. To top this all off I ended up having to pay the full price plus tip even though she is not an employee which is ridiculous. Now not even two weeks after my nails are cracking, the paint is peeling off and it's only been two weeks. After this experience I may have to reconsider a new salon for my nails next time. Especially because these were gel nails which should have lasted longer.

Beautiful salon with a good atmosphere. Had a gift card so Came in to get a blowout for a wedding, unfortunately I still had to do some styling at home to get it right. Felt a little turn and burn but ultimately they did everything they were supposed to but just didn’t leave me wowed.

UPDATE: The Manager reached out to me after posting this, was extremely apologetic and got me back in that day to fix my hair. I am happy with my hair now and made an appointment with the woman that fixed it. I tried calling the salon to speak with the manager before posting this because as a fellow manager, I felt it was only fair to give them a chance to make it right. When I called, I was told she was too busy to take my call and that if I left a message, she wouldn't get to it until tomorrow and was asked to call back tomorrow. I am extremely unhappy with my hair and after waiting 6 months to get it done again, I am totally disappointed. I paid full price for this and even paid more to have one of the seasoned professionals do my hair. She left me with bleed marks on my hairline as well as randomly on the side. She had pointed out a bleed mark on the back and "fixed" it with hair dye but clearly did not notice the other two areas. The highlights are uneven on either side and honestly, I asked for a bob and she kept it all one length being way too thick on the back. Lastly, I am very particular about my hair as I wake up and style early every morning to make sure it is sleek and in place and she literally sent me away looking like a drown rat as you can see in the selfie attached. I had to go home and smooth it out just to see the cut! I expected way more from a salon such as Corto's and while I was calling in hopes that they could get me in and fix this mess today or tomorrow before I leave for vacation, due to the manager being "too busy" I guess I have to take my business elsewhere. Honestly, I've used Corto's a few times before and never had a bad experience but I will never go back after this. I will say that the woman that did my hair was very nice, but she obviously needs to pay more attention and work on the blow out as well!
