I went for the first time yesterday and I will be back again! They did such a great job! I was only getting a solid color but he did such a great alternative for a French tip and I’m in love! Thank you so much!

I’ve been here twice and the second time was worse than the first! The first time I had a pedicure they told me I can only have gel! Which I do not like on my toes! I asked for callous remover which they said they had and did not! My toenails were not trimmed at all and the bottom of my feet looked and felt terrible! They removed no dead skin! I gave them another chance for a simple gel manicure . The woman barely cut down my cuticles, she filed my thumb so hard it sliced my skin, not only do my nails look horrible but she didn’t smooth the edges and my nails are catching on my clothes!! Also nobody speaks English in there so the communication is extremely difficult! And they are way overpriced!

Let me start by saying that I am understandable, patient, and know that businesses have a variety of problems that they have to deal with. However, I have been to this particular location, three separate times to get my nails done. The very first time, although the nail tech was really sweet the work that she did on my nails was poor. The second time I came back, the nail tech that did my nails was phenomenal! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them to be done, which is why I came back a third time. The third time I came back, I got a different nail tech, again the work was poor. I ended up having to come back four days later because three of my nails had broken. I got online to schedule specifically with the nail tech that I had that I liked, they confirmed my appointment with her. When I got there, she couldn’t do my nails. They tried to give me a different nail tech. Here is what I will say. The prices are decent, the atmosphere is good, sometimes the music is a little too loud.The lady who does eyelashes/waxing is absolutely wonderful! But, the skill level of their nail techs vary way too much. If you find a nail tech at the salon that you like, I would recommend you keep her. I would not walk into this nail salon blindly to get anything done. I was disappointed to say the least. If you are looking for a good quality salon with high quality products book with Phenomenally Me Salon! She did wonderful!

First time here and I loved it! My nails look amazing and I’m so happy I came here. The environment was so friendly and welcoming! I definitely recommend coming here and I can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic work! I got a full set and my toes gel polished. Quick, efficient and everything came out beautifully! Got exactly what I asked for. The salon itself is absolutely GORGEOUS and very clean and well maintained!
