Plus Spa

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. A therapist eventually came and I was told to wait 10 min. The massaged started under a sheet for about 15 min then when the oil massage began, it felt uncomfortable and was pretty much mechanical & disengaging. When it was time to turn face up, I noticed the door remained open the entire time, which compromised privacy. Also, the room itself was cold, adding to the discomfort. The massage lasted less than an hour (shorter than expected). At the end, I tipped $5, and the therapist responded, “Only $5? Minimum is $10,” which I found inappropriate and unacceptable. I do not recommend this spa.

I haven’t been to a spa in years because it tends to hurt. But I was thoroughly surprised, we had a couples massage. I had Casey and he had Lisa. They were super nice and attentive always asking if we were okay. I would absolutely come back. Mia was the person that first greeted us and she was very nice too. I would 10/10 recommend.

Omg the most amazing massage ever, staff was kind and welcoming and was very professional and took time to get all the places hot stone was a plus Kathy was amazing her hands omg she did a deep issue and when i left my body felt like a whole new woman. All the knots were out in all places. Highly recommended.

I came across this place through Groupon and decided to try it. I purchased the 60-minute custom combo massage with hot stones. I called in advance to set an appointment. On the day of my appointment, they called and texted to confirm my attendance. I was able to find street parking, and the store was by the corner of the block. You will need to climb some stairs to get there and it is located to the left. When checking in, I was told that I needed to pay $5 for the tax, and I waited 10 minutes before a room to be prep for me. The massage was nice and relaxing. There was peaceful music playing in the background. From time to time, you do hear traffic, but it didn't bother me. At the end of my massage, I was required to pay a minimum of $10 tip. I paid the tax and tip with no problem, but it is interesting that a tip is required. Although i was planning to pay a tip, tips should be voluntary to the customer. In addition, when they reach out to me, these information should have been told. What if I did not have cash? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Before you leave, they give you a card where, after 10 visit, you will get $20 OFF for any service.

This massage spa is so Good.Mia was so nice and accommodating and Lisa my massage therapist is great.Im having back pain after my duty last monday and im looking for a massage and saw PLUS SPA on google so I give it a try. I will surely come back...If you want to relax come and visit them.
