De elegance nails & spa

I came in for dip powder with tips, and my niece got the same service plus a pedicure. As soon as I sat down, I was pressured to switch to acrylic because they said the length was “too long for dip.” After agreeing, the tech continued filing my nails shorter even after I repeatedly said I did not want them that short. I was also told that a square shape was an additional $5, which I’ve never heard of before at any salon. Meanwhile, my niece was able to get the dip powder at a longer length than mine with no issue, and her pedicure turned out fine. I’m not sure what was going on, but I do not appreciate being pressured or ending up with nails that look nothing like the picture I showed. While the nails look nice this is not what i asked for. I will not be returning.

i paid $80 for this gel x set, everything about it was nice. booking an appointment was super easy and when i arrived i was immediately greeted, i chose what color i wanted and a few minutes later they started on my nails. it did take around 40 minutes but that’s the usual time so i can’t complain. emily did my nails and she did an amazing job, when i told her one nail was longer than the other she immediately fixed it for me. she was super quick and efficient. the shop was super clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying their time at the spa. i will be returning!

Staff is very friendly and they will always try to accommodate you time wise to fit you in when needed. Very clean and relaxing. My go to place!

My favorite nail salon! It is always very clean and staff is always very friendly. I am always very happy with their services as well as their reasonable prices. I would definitely highly recommend!
