Oasis Day Spa

My recent visit to Oasis Spa was a slice of heaven. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting. I indulged in both a facial and a deep tissue massage, and I can honestly say it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. For the facial, I was treated by Clara and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and tailored the service to my skin's specific needs. My skin felt so clean, hydrated, and radiant afterward. I can't recommend her enough! Then it was time for my deep tissue massage, and I was in the hands of Rahqui. They are both incredibly talented and have such a great understanding of the body. They applied the perfect amount of pressure to release all the built-up tension in my back and shoulders. I left feeling completely loose and pain-free. I can't recommend Oasis Spa, and these amazing professionals, enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable spa day, this is the place to go!

I had an excellent massage and appreciated the therapist’s skill and professionalism. However, I was uncomfortable with how the tipping process was handled at checkout. For a service that costs over $300, being told that the minimum tip on a credit card is 25%, or that I’d need to use an ATM with high fees, felt inappropriate and pressured. Tipping should always be discretionary, not a requirement or dictated percentage — especially when the service price is already at a premium level. This policy made what was otherwise a relaxing, high-quality experience end on a sour note. I’d encourage management to reconsider how gratuities are handled so guests can focus on the great service rather than feeling cornered at checkout. Perhaps offering Venmo or Zelle to tip, as the tipping policy Also, on the website there is no indication that if cash is unavailable, there is a 25% credit card minimum

When I called to make an appointment for my mother I paid half on the day and was told the rest would be paid on the date of arrival. was told I could change the date at any time if I wanted with no additional charge. I had to change the date since my mom recently had eye surgery and now I'm told I have to pay the full cost instead of half. The manager said because it was a no-show they still have to pay for the masses service which was NOT explained to me at all. It's obvious the manager and customer service are not on the same page. Even though I was called the day before about confirming my appointment my mother said when she arrived they acted as if they weren't sure about her appointment time. She noticed that the women that were in customer service was very young and it was clear they did not know how to handle the desk well with no organization. While the masseuse was good, the customer service was not. For those that want a relaxing massage do not choose this spa. Terrible experience and I will not recommend to anyone else. Find one with more organization or cheaper.

Daniel from Oasis gave me a fantastic massage experience especially when I was stressed and having muscular tension. Also a very kind and conversation masseur. Just sublime! He confidently engages the client in the task at hand!

Very professional staff, from start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. I've gone for the couple's massage in the past and delighted in carrying my fiancée for her birthday. I will definitely be returning and you should give this place a try if you haven't already
