Love My Nails

I went to get my nails done May 5th for graduation. I was with two other girls and overall we weren’t satisfied. I wasn’t going to write a review but it has been 2 months ago and my nails are still pitted. They grind my nails down too much. Keep in mind I did not get acrylics. I am still trying to grow them out to look healthy. I also only had the gel on for a few days before it started chipping before graduation on the 10th. not worth it, especially since my nails are damaged. 150 dollars for a French tip manicure and pedicure is really expensive for it not to last a few days, not including tip yet so overall spent 190!!. I also did not get a tinted clear coat for my feet so it started to look yellow and was a pain to remove because of the gel coat. Will not go again.

I love this place! The ladies who work here are fantastic, very nice and detailed. I tore one of my nails the night after I got them done (my fault 100%). I called them and it was fixed within the hour. I highly highly recommend give them a try!!

I truly never write reviews but the way this place handled my complaint was callous. I accidentally came for my appointment a day early (but the walk in sign was on). There were only two other people in the salon. Ive gotten my nails done for years, im well accustomed to the way they move your hands for manicures. The tech continuously scolded me for barely moving, kept positioning my hand in super awkward positions to the point where they started cramping and repeatedly told me to “OPEN” my fingers. I felt like I couldn’t even breathe, let alone relax. I paid nearly 80 dollars for just a gel polish change and I left with terribly shaped nails, uneven, and the polish itself looks terrible. I emailed the owner, asking for a refund, and I was told “we don’t do refunds” and that “it’s in your head” and an entire email telling me that I’m rude. Not one apology, or even willing to hear me out. Never ever again will I step foot into this business after how they handled a complaint. And I’ll make sure others hear about the experience. Plenty of other options to chose from - this is not worth the money!

I was going on a trip and made an appt to get my nails done as well as for my two children. It was easy to make an appointment. We were greeted appropriately and told to sign in. I informed the lady at the counter who I am under impression was the owner. She asked me what everyone was getting. I told her it was going to be 3 pedicures (one kids), 1 acrylic set, 2 gel manicures (1 kids). I also told her we wanted a design on big toes. As me and my youngest daughter were doing our pedicures- I noticed the lady did not do a design and it looked like my pedicure was almost complete. I told her I needed a design also. She jumped up with an angry face and said "why you didn't tell before?!", I informed that I did state what we were all getting when we came as we were asked. She said no no you have to tell directly to me! Then the owner chimed in too and said you need to tell directly! I was thinking I told you what we're getting when we came in. I even told them if it's too late now just forget it, but they did it anyways for $5 per nail. Our mani/pedi came out very nice. I was happy with everything except my cuticles and area around the nails has been sore from the deep filing. The reason for 3 stars- if you believe that your customer made a mistake- don't yell at them for it because we are paying for each and every extra thing we are getting. If you don't want to do it just don't. I spent $355 plus left $60 tip on top Of that. There's a saying that goes-maybe people won't remember your name or what you did but they will always remember how you made them feel.

This is a clean salon that does quality work. I got my nails done here on September 5th and am just now getting time to get back for another fill. That is 5 1/2 weeks! I don’t normally get my nails done and was honestly waiting for them to fall off, but they stayed on perfectly. Obviously they grew out but I am so impressed with this salon. I cook frequently, do lots of cleaning, and work in a school and they aren’t even picking up around the edges. The polish etc. looks as good as the day I got it done. I will come back here whenever I want to get my nails done.
