Boss Nails

My first nail salon in Buffalo, NY, I didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed me in. It was clean they were quick and courteous. I’m not a huge fan of my nails they aren’t my usual but they aren’t horrible, they are just thicker than I’d prefer.

I've been coming here for almost a year and I'm so happy every time I leave here. I go to Cherry 90% of the time if I can and she's just so so good. Everybody is super sweet and fun to talk to. I'm grateful for all of them! Today I was given a little Christmas goodie bag too. They just go above and beyond! Here are some pics from both Cherry and Van. ❤️

Worst place told you 30 mins got you started and then waited an hour before completed. Charged 38 for a fill additional 7 advised for French manicure. Was not happy with the way white was advised she was not done and Continued to finish nails told her I like the while thinker higher up nail, showed her. When I saw first hand completed as I looked at my hand, she asked is something wrong explained again, She continued to the next hand. Once she was done I explained I did not like them I like them going like this and higher up, I was advised you have to say across this is how a French is done. (Never had that issue before in all my years of getting nails 30+) This is where I was advised additional to take off polish and redo is additional fee of 7.00 said ok I don’t like this. ( was not happy had to pay for something I was already paying for but ok 7.00). Well had to have go back do the tip of my nails and fix couple spaces missing. Still didn’t end up with them thinker (higher up on the nail -the white) but ok. Thought she would clean up the excessive polish but no! At this point I just wanted out of the salon. I’ll clean up her mess of polish when I get home ,good thing I was going right home. Sign said fill 38.00, pink and white dip fill 50. 00 was not sure which was my price but I know a French polish is additional cost to regular polish ( an extra few bucks not more than 10.00) Checked out bill was 38.00 plus additional charges 42.00 asked what was the fee said for the french nails and as she stated for having to remove and redo polish . Total for a fill 80.00. 38.00 even if polish was 10 48.00 /50.00 full plus 7.00 = 57.00 could not get straight answer the break down of additional fee 42.00 at this point what do you do argue in front of a crowd or refuse to pay. No just won’t ever go there again and make sure others understand what you’re walking into. Confirm you total cost first. My full may have cost me 80 with a tip, this was the most and worst fill I have ever gotten!!!!

First I have to say Boss Nails is amazing, best staff!!! First time there , I wanted something fun painted on my toes!! Chin Chin made it happen! This was free hand!

Got a gel manicure and pedicure before my due date as I can’t reach or do them myself currently. Pedicure didn’t even last 2 days. Gel manicure started lifting off in less than one week on every single nail. I’ve never had gel fall off so quickly. They last longer when I do them myself. I’m disappointed.
