West nails El Paso

Very expensive 150$ for a job lasted 1 week and gave. It a chance to fix it on hands and nope still not lasting or good quality the reason I have 2 not 1 cause they tried on hands to fix. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience here. The service was rushed, communication was difficult, and overall the work was poor—especially considering how expensive it was. The staff spoke about customers behind their backs, and when you’re a bit picky, they even talk about you as well. I had to use a translation app just to keep up, and even then it didn’t help much. I asked for a full set and confirmed if it was okay to come in at 6:00 (they close at 7:30). They said it was fine, but it clearly wasn’t—they rushed through my appointment and the results showed it. The removal of my old set was extremely rough and painful. The girl was yanking at my nails, and even though I kept saying “ow,” she ignored me and just worked faster. My dip powder was done with only one layer—it looked okay at first, but the pink faded quickly and didn’t last. My French tips were crooked, uneven, and already starting to fade the next day. I had to go back right away to fix them, and then within a week, one nail broke completely and I had to get it redone elsewhere. The acrylics were clearly cheap and poorly applied. My pedicure wasn’t any better. I had to ask the tech to fix my toes two or three times, and even then, the French was uneven, crooked, and poorly done inside the nail. The tech relied on a translator app but still didn’t really understand, so the communication gap made it even more frustrating. The only positive was that my hands looked pretty for a very short time—but again, the work didn’t last. For the price I paid—$150—it was absolutely not worth it. The job didn’t even last a week, and I walked away with sore hands, uneven nails, and more money spent fixing them somewhere else. This was one of the most expensive and disappointing salon visits I’ve ever had. Definitely not going back.

A total self-care reset today! I hit up West Nail Salon and treated myself to a full refresh: a much-needed facial wax and the most luxurious pedicure. I have searched and searched for a nail tech that can handle my extra curved nails. Eric has been the best nail tech I have ever had. He does such a phenomenal job and gives me the most amazing nails!

I took my girlfriend here and we were both very impressed! The staff were welcoming and professional, making her feel comfortable right away. The salon is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere. They did an amazing job on her nails — elegant, neat, and exactly the style she wanted. She was so happy with the results, and that made me happy too. The prices are fair for the quality, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself or your loved ones!

I came to El Paso to visit my dad and was looking for a nail shop to perform a soak off. I was paired with John who was gentle and did an excellent job. I added nude dip to my nails and it came out amazing. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Next time I come to El Paso I’ll definitely book again.
