I get my hair professionally dyed every 2 months and lately I have been struggling with dandruff. I found this place on TikTok and saw that they offered head spas with heavy dandruff removal so I got super excited! I even drove from Las Cruces to receive this service. However, I’m quite disappointed with the results. I selected the Essential Head Spa with an add on of Deep Detox (Heavy Dandruff), which was an additional $30. In total I paid nearly $150 with the expectation that this would help remove at least the majority of it. I received the service this past Saturday and this is 3 DAYS after service and there is just as much dandruff as there was before. I absolutely loved the esthetician, Jess H., who provided the service for me and she was wonderful, but I’m just really disappointed that the service I paid for was not what I received. I tipped Jess 25% because I thought she was lovely and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. But this service shouldn’t be offered if it’s not you going to help the issue I was dealing with beforehand.

I got a Russian Style Manicure with Eliz and it was amazing! She is very nice and paid close attention to detail and made my nails look amazing! I love how my nails look! If you need someone to take care of your nails go here with Eliz!

I want to start off by saying that I love this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the services Kayla provided - to the point where I am unsure if I want to return even with a different tech. Kayla did not once ask if the colors she picked (after I showed her my inspo pic) were okay or if the shape and length was okay. The first picture I have attached is the exact color, shape and length I wanted for my nails and I got none of that. My nails were cut way too short and she didn’t ask if the length was okay. I also wanted this color for my pedicure but did not get that either. You can also see the lines where the layers weren’t lined up properly on my pedicure.

I have been coming here for years. Ari has always taken care of me, hence the reason I always came back. Their prices continue to rise, but it's understandable in this economy. Well I took my daughter to get gel nails prior to her leaving on vacation. 3 days later they are cracking and look horrible. I am very disappointed. I will definitely have to start looking for another nail salon.

I’ve been going to Monica for the past few months, and the results truly speak for themselves. She’s incredibly kind and exceptionally talented at her craft. Monica consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my nails look amazing every time, here are a couple of my rubber base gel sets! I’m so sad to be moving, but I’m incredibly grateful I had the chance to meet her. Thank you, Monica!
