Milano Nail Spa Spring

absolutely love this location! I had an appointment today with Tina, and she always exceeds customer expectations. I came in with an idea for a design, and she spent so much time making sure everything was exactly how I requested. After I paid and left, I realized I wasn’t satisfied with the final look — completely my own fault and not because of Tina’s artistry. I went back and forth with myself about returning because I never want to frustrate my loyal nail techs or the lovely front desk team. But when I walked back in, I was greeted with welcoming smiles, sympathy, and total understanding. They immediately took me back to help fix my nails so I could leave fully happy. Even though Tina was already with another client, she came back to assist me with a smile. She listened, reassured me, and reminded me that these are nails I look at every day — so it’s important that I love them. She removed the original design on one nail, redid my entire hand with cat-eye French tips, and now I am 100% in love with the results. Tina is quick, professional, and a perfectionist in the best way. Huge thank you to this location for their top-tier customer service. Please keep it up — much love from a loyal client!

I dont know if its because im not a regular here but i came in because ive visited Milano in Humble Tx and liked their service.. i just needed a regular set for a dinner googled this one it was closer and saw decent reviews. Upon coming in i was greeted and told to choose which service i wanted on the computer screen at the check in desk.. I noticed it said 45 or 50 $ for a regular 1 color set with powder ( cant remember exactly).. i sat with a guy which was on the first row i believe He asked how long i wanted them and i told him short he checked if the length was okay with me and it was. very subtle not long at all but charged me between 10 to 20$ + for length. I thought immediately to myself wowww really? what a scam but i didnt say anything i continued with my service because i did like the set but definitely not worth the price.. fast forward to 2weeks later the nails start coming off on their own.. and they completely ruined my real nails underneath . the real nail is basically split in half horizontally and are damaged! ive gotten acrylics many many times and have never experienced this mind you this was in september.. the 2 pictures on the right are from right now. it is now 2 days til november 1 and my nails still aren’t healed and i cant wear a set now . Im very upset and just disappointed !

Absolutely love my nails, done by Joile. She was extremely helpful in deciding on shape of nails and color. So happy to have found someone who is professional and provides great customer service. Evy did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job as well. Definitely will return, highly recommend both ladies.

Today, I had the pleasure of having Andrew as my nail technician. He kindly suggested a color that was a bit outside my usual comfort zone, and I am glad I tried it, as it turned out to be wonderful. I plan to return here every two weeks on Sunday and will be sure to request Andrew to help keep my nails looking their best.

I absolutely love coming here, the service is always amazing and my nails turn out perfect every time!! These nails are gel x and are done by my favorite nail tech, Ann. She always does an outstanding job 😁. I definitely recommend scheduling with her for design nails!
