The esthetician Ms. Rozzette Almira was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly experienced. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, checked in with me throughout the process, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how hygienic and efficient everything was — no rushing, but no unnecessary delays either. My skin is smooth with minimal discomfort and chicken skin afterward but i think its normal for my skin type should be gone after a day. The quality of the wax they use is clearly top-tier, and you can tell they prioritize skin health just as much as hair removal. My skin felt soft, and there wasn’t a single missed patch. I also loved the thoughtful touches: soft lighting, relaxing music, and even post-care tips to make sure my skin stayed smooth and bump-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone — whether it’s your first time or you're a regular waxer. I’ll definitely be returning!

Manager Chloe greeted us warmly and guided us in selecting the treatments that best suited our needs. The manicure and pedicure were meticulous, with a wide range of polish colors and great attention to detail. My nails were perfectly shaped, looked clean, and the polish lasted longer than expected. The foot spa was the highlight — a calming soak, gentle scrub, and soothing massage that left my feet feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. Special thanks to Khaye, Cali and Lora for their excellent work! The waxing session was handled by Zette, who was quick, hygienic, and made the experience far more comfortable than I anticipated. She was respectful, skilled, and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was at ease. The salon is clean, the ambiance is cozy, and the staff are friendly but not pushy.
