2025-10-06The salon is beautiful and well kept. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome. I went in for a cut. I had overgrown an old haircut that I loved, my hair was very long so I wanted to cut about 3 inches. I asked for a V-cut, long layers, & long faceframe. The cut lasted maybe 5 minutes which I thought was odd, but since the reviews were great, I went with it. The cut was uneven by inches on one side. It was curled after the cut so the uneveness was not very noticeable until I straightened it the following day. I had to recut my own hair another few inches to the top layers since there was prominent thinning & shorter on one side. Lulu may have had an 'off' day that day, but I do know I don't feel comfortable returning to this salon. I'm glad others have had better experiences, but I may have gotten very unlucky that day 🤷🏽♀️

It's clear she knows her craft inside and out, but what really stood out to me was her ability to listen to what I wanted and give thoughtful suggestions that perfectly aligned with my style. The team at Lulu Salon is also fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
