La Luxe Nails

My favorite place to get my nails done. This place is well taken care of, the service is great, and they provide many services that keep up with all the latest trends. Poly gel, dip power, cat eye, jelly nails, they have it all. The staff is very nice and many of them do amazing nail art. I just wanted something simple, but if you like your designs more complicated there is definitely someone there that can make it happen. I never leave disappointed.

John did a wonderful job on my nails. Simple but done well . I had went in a few days prior for my toes and even then they had done an amazing job . I love the different pedicure options they have .

I went here Monday evening for an appointment I had at 4. The wait wasn’t too bad I got seated and everything within 10 minutes. A man came by to start my pedicure, asked me which one I wanted, and what color. Then he starts to take my nail polish off of my right foot. After he finishes taking the polish off he walks up to the front and then comes back and just says “they messed up the rotation” then he took his gloves off and left. No one told me anything else. I didn’t know who was going to be doing my nails, when they were going to, etc. I had one foot without nail polish out of the water and one with in the water until the lady next to me said to just put both my feet in the water again. About 15 minutes go by, no one had come up. At this point I felt too embarrassed to say anything. The lady getting her nails done next to me says “where did the guy doing your nails go?” And I said “I don’t know he said something about a rotation” then she said “that’s weird”. Finally someone comes up and again asks me what kind of pedicure I want and what color. Then she starts on my right foot again, but I tell her that I still have polish on my left foot. The lady that ended up doing my nails was very sweet, and I understand that things happen, but I feel like they could have communicated better with me and with each other. The pedicure went good, but my gel manicure came out streaky and lumpy. I wanted to say something, but I was already frustrated with the pedicure and I just wanted to leave. The only redeeming quality was how nice the lady had been. I have been here before and had good experiences, but after this one I don’t think I’d recommend this place again.

I was so hesitant at first ! But they say trust the process and I’m not disappointed ! 😍 I’ve been coming to la luxe since I was 16 ! And every-time I’ve recommended someone here they’ve loved it ! Thank you to the gentlemen that did my toes today I got the deluxe pedicure as well and that was chefs kiss !
