**Extremely unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment through their official online portal for 1:00 PM on Sunday, and even received an email confirmation (see photo). We arrived 15 minutes early only to find the business completely locked. I waited outside on the sidewalk in the heat for 30 minutes, tried calling three separate times, and there was no answer and no option to leave a message. The photo I attached clearly shows the confirmed appointment time. If the business is closed on Sundays, the portal should not allow appointments to be scheduled, let alone send confirmations. Every customer deserves respect and reliability, and this was the opposite. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place to have all of your spa needs met. Exceptionally clean and professional, the offer massages of all types, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other spa services. I did a 4 hour package that had a pedi, mani, facial, and deep massage. Employees are incredible.

Lucy's Spa has full Spa choices. Great Massages, Pedi and Mani's and more. They have three locations with excellent staff! Aris is doing my pedi for my vacation coming up.

My opinion one of the best if not the best places in Peñasco for anything spa related. I’ve had pedicures, massages, facial and all are 1st class, great service, English receptionist etc.

Great relaxing experience! They have different types of relaxing and therapeutic massages that they tailor to your needs. I had problems with sciatica which they help me work out. I usually do the deep tissue which works out the inflammation and stress. For women they do waxing, facials, and all kinds of other procedures. They also sell gift certificates. What better gift can you give than a day at the spa or the gift of relaxation? I usually don't bother doing reviews but they are so phenomenal here,that I felt had to.
