Q Nails -Las Cruces

I walked in without an appointment and left with the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had! The design was incredibly intricate, and you can tell they put real time, care, and attention into every detail. I felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for stunning nail art!

I used to really love it here. Was the place I always went. The last three times though have been really bad with this last time being the nail in the coffin. I chose a pretty color but they couldn't find it. Fine, chose something different. They then processed to argue with my choice. Eventually deciding to use it as the 2nd coat. It was a glitter polish and when they used it, they didn’t make sure the glitter was even. I absolutely hated it but by that time I was so done arguing with them. I immediately found a new place and had the polish removed. I will probably never go back here. I response to Q's message: I came in on 12/12 and paid cash. This review is accurate for the salon next to UPS in the Arroyo Plaza.

Went in as a walk in today, waited about 10 minutes before getting started. Not long! Sally was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She is super sweet and does her best to make sure you get what you're looking for. 😊

David was great nail tech with an awesome attitude. He got me in as well as my daughter. We are both from Brownsville, Texas but I’m working in El Paso. David had done my nails before when I was on vacation and that I was lucky enough to find him again! Awesome job, thanks! See you in two weeks.

David was my nail tech. What a kind, gentle, hardworking and skilled person. I walked up at 7p.m., the Open sign was on, but the hours on the door indicated 7 p.m. closing. He invited me in, did my relaxing pedicure package, and gel color, all with a great, friendly attitude and smile. The salon across the street hours are until 8,p.m. but they were closed. I'm glad Q-nails went above and beyond to welcome me in and provide me with excellent customer service and quality product. I'm grateful because I'm going to an out-of-town wedding and was out of time. I love my milky white gel pedicure. Oh!!! And the price can't be beat!!! Very affordable.
