I came in w my diy uv glue nails. I couldn’t get them off at home because I didn’t have my drill. I’m not sure what the nail techs name was (maybe drew). Ask for the young tall guy he helped me really quickly and threw on a full set. I was out in 40 min. Everyone is friendly. A few reviews said this place was overbooked and too busy but I disagree. They were definitely very booked and very busy but this is what a fast paced efficient salon runs like. There’s not a lot of nail salons here so they’re bound to be a bit overbooked and frantic. Prices were great entire service $49. The only thing I wish they offered was the ability to tip on my card because I was pretty happy w the service

This was my first time here at nails and spa. I asked for recommendation from family and friends, and unfortunately, they don't go to Farmington to get their nails done. I chose this place. Me and my daughter and I got pedicures. The atmosphere was a 3 out of 5 stars. People are 4 out of 5 stars. But my service was a 1 out of 5. My daughters service was 3 out of 5. Her pedicure looks way better than mine. I would come back, but only if it's a different person who does my nails. I wish I got the name of the female who did my daughter's pedicure. She is who I would recommend. She is very personable and did a good job on the nails.

They did an amazing job it was my niece's birthday. Took them here. They did a pedicure and a manicure we will definitely be back

My friend and I received the most basic pedicures I've ever had in my life and when it was our turn for manicures we got passed up twice and had been there over an hr already so when we decided to just pay for the pedicures and forget about the manicures we were both charged over $40 for them to literally just paint them and a quick massage. Literally nothing else was done but he overcharged us both because we chose to no longer wait around for our manicures. He was clearly being petty and unprofessional. It was the first and last time I'll go there.

I had a great experience with the lady. I went to another nail salon and it wasn’t good, she fixed it, did my nail’s nice and loved the color change. Went back after two weeks to get a fill and color change, pedicure. The guy who sits at the front was in a rush. He filed under my cuticle, cutting me, which was painful. I told him it hurts and he brushed it off and said I got scared. To cover from feeling like I was wrong, with the way he kept insisting that it was my fault. I told him, my hands might be dry. But it still hurts. He used alcohol and it went into my cut. Hurt so bad! I was so disappointed in my nails from the picture that I showed him, my polish and acrylic were so sloppy. I tried to bek ok with it, but it wasn’t how I wanted. He rushed me out of the chair, out my purse and phone on the next table and called over another customer while I washed my hands. I went to the lady stylist and asked her, when she was free and if she could fix it, if I can back. The guy was obviously in a rush and he was mean. He was defensive when she told him I wanted to come back. He started throwing things around in his station. I didn’t want to go back. I cried outside in my ride. First time I’ve been treated badly and I’m not mean. I paid for the services and even tipped him 😩 I wanted a wax but I was feeling so bad. I’m scared to go back. Feels very uncomfortable now. Sad to have had that experience because, I look forward to my self care and have to look for a different place.
