2024-04-12The customer service is friendly. I went in for a fill in on my nails. My nails came out beautiful. My only issue was the wait time but in the end it was worth the wait. I went in at 10:15am. At 12:35pm my service started. The employees were very welcoming.

Got there at a great time but the lady who did my nails she did a great job and did what I asked for. Was not rushed and was very sensitive with the whole process. Great service and attention to detail. 😉

2025-03-02I came here a few weeks ago to get my nails done. There was one lady and two guys. I asked for the lady and they got mad. So I let a guy do my nails and I was unhappy with them. I went home that night and my nails throbbed from him over filing them. I just came in to get a pedicure. I went everywhere else in town had a long wait. Well I asked for French tips with square edges. The lady looked at me and talked to her co worker in the their language and he came over and looked at my toes and said they could shape them square because I cut them too short. So I said ok can she file them square? I then asked if I could get acrylic added to make a straight edge. Then he walked around frazzled and unsure of what to do. So I said never mind . I won’t be coming here again.
