Nail Tech & Massage

I want to start by saying EMILY'S PEDICURES ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!!! 10/10 freaking amazing. But I got a new set (NOT EMILY) 2 weeks ago tomorrow and all but the thumb nails have popped off. Before the 1 week mark several nails lifted (1 fell off completely) but I was out of town so I called them as soon as I got back and left a message (they were closed) and never heard back about getting them fixed. Pictures from today so you can see, my thumb nail is barely grown out.

Kim is wonderful! She fixed the absolute mess my nails were. She was patient professional and fast! I will be going back to Kim! Thank you!

I had to wait about 10 minutes, I was just getting acrylics, I also wanted a pedicure, but they were pretty busy on an early Saturday. So just nails. (Completely my decision, they could've put me in a massage chair, but i didn't want to wait super long. was able to show a few pictures and the tech, who was lovely, asked for pictures. Unfortunately, I only had complicated inspo pics. So I just went with a simple ombre nail with one accent nail. With my indecisiveness the tech, (very sad I forgot her name, would love to get her again.) Was very understanding. In the end I paid I think around 80 and tipped 15. One nail looks crooked, but it really is my fingers fault. I would've appreciated more effort to make me happy with the look, like even if my finger is crooked, I'd still like the nail to look straight. That's the only bone to me.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I have never been so disrespected, verbally attached, and mistreated. I asked for a new set of nails and showed several photos to the nail technician I had. She began yo work on my nails and we initially ran into turbulence because she continued to really burn me with the nail file, I would instinctively pull my hand away and she would get upset and say “no cut!!! stop moving”. When I told her, you didn’t cut me but you are filing my skin and it really burns she rolled her eyes at me. After several attempts to correct the nail tech, it was clear we were not getting the requested outcome after an hour of failed communication I asked to just stop and remove the nails as they were not even close to what I had asked for. From shape, length, color etc. She was not understanding even after having several of her coworkers come over to try and mediate. By this point, I just wanted them off. I had been sitting for a hour. Now running late and the nails looked terrible! They were uneven, lumpy, bubbles and the shape was awful. The only way to explain them was duxk shaped (as they were much wider than my natural nail). The nail tech began yelling that she didn’t understand and she was not going to take them off. I asked to speak to the manager and she began screaming at me, grabbed my had and started to clip the nails off. I was relieved she was going to take the nails off but after she clipped the nails into jagged points (while screaming at me in another language) she said to get out. I asked to have the nails removed again to which she continued yelling that I need to leave if I do not like her work. I would not recommend ANYONE go to this salon EVER. Please believe me when I say this is not an experience you have ever want to have.

First time here and the staff treated me so kindly! Hannah did an amazing job!
