2025-12-09First time getting my nails done at Nova nail lounge and it was great! I really enjoyed the service and my nails came out exactly how I wanted! Also Alan was great with communicating price before starting and stating corrections of my nail design if it wasn’t fitting my nail right! Appreciated that so much and I think I found my new nail salon!

2025-09-16I was really disappointed with my daughters experience with Jane. The nails did not come out how I asked, and the quality was not good they started chipping as soon as she walked out the door. On top of that, she seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to detail. She had her kid with her and was in a hurry. I told her the color was wrong and she said that my daughter had already paid. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for long-lasting, professional work. I have been a customer for years but feel like the work has really gone down especially for the price. If I wanted my nails to look half ass I would polish them at home and do them myself. I pay for a service and expect it to meet my expectations. There’s better service for nails in Albuquerque, I’d stay away from this place unless you want to waste your money.

2025-10-31JoJo is amazing!! I was told to see her by MULTIPLE people! I like petite natural looking nails and every shape, she has given me that!! I like to switch up my shapes and she can do them all! I like my nails thin but not too thin that they break, they never break. I NEVER have hang nail lifts by the cuticle when they start to grow out. You know, When it catches your hair a week after your nails start to grow out, lol! I can keep them on for three weeks or more if needed. I wish I had more photos to add, she did awesome Halloween nails! Thank you JoJo!!! See you in two weeks!

That being said I really come for the massage :) and Heather gave me a great hand and leg massage during my manicure and pedicure. She was detailed in her work and we had a great conversation 🩷 thank you Heather.
