Vicky is quite literally the BEST in the salon! I loved her personality and she did EXACTLY what I asked for. She was very detailed and took her time. My nails came out exactly like the photo I gave her. Couldn't recommend her more. Thank you so much, Vicky!

Do not recommend!! Once my acrylic nails came off I had a fungal infection on multiple nails (5)!! TERRIBLE!! This is three months of medication to resolve this issue with blood work to check liver functions while on the med. Will be notifying the department of health and department of cosmetology.

Pedicure was great, but I will not be going back for a manicure. The stations were not cleaned well and the manicure seemed rushed. They looked okay from up top, but the bottom of the nails had acrylic and gel that wrapped around under my nail. The shaping was also rushed and uneven. I had to clean them up myself after getting home with a cuticle cutter and file. I don’t get my nails done often so I was a bit disappointed. The pictures posted are taken from my car right after leaving the salon. Pedicure was $57 for gel deluxe and manicure was $55 for a new set one color.

I got a new set of acrylics on Monday, May 26th. By Saturday, May 31st—just five days later—I noticed the acrylic was already peeling away from my natural nails. I immediately called the salon and was told to come in the following day to have them fixed, free of charge. When I arrived, I spoke with the owner—who also happened to be the one who did my nails. I explained the issue and showed her the peeling. Rather than taking accountability, she blamed it on oil or lotion on my nails or claimed she may have been having a “bad day” when she did them. I asked if she could fix them, and she said she could, but that I’d have to pay again for a rebase. When I requested a refund instead, she pointed to a sign stating “no refunds after 3 days.” I reminded her that she did the work and admitted it might not have been done properly. Still, she refused to make it right. At that point, it was clear she wasn’t going to stand behind her work. I left extremely disappointed, not just by the poor quality of the nails but by the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Getting your nails done is not cheap, and customers have every right to expect quality and durability—especially within the first week. Five days is far too soon for acrylics to be lifting, and blaming the customer instead of owning the mistake is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon, and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. If this is how they handle legitimate concerns, it says a lot about their standards and customer service.
