Studio West Nails

I love this place. It is absolutely spotless and the technicians are all wonderful. I have used every one of the ladies there and have never been at all disappointed. I love my nails. Leanna, the owner, make certain every customer is happy and comfortable. There was a review that said she turned her away because she didn't have room. This person said there was no one in the room but she was wrong. I was sitting in one of the Pedicure Chairs, but I'm very short and she didn't see me and she didn't trust Leanna when she said she couldn't do her nails right then. And then left a bad review. I recommend this studio to anyone who asks

I love this place. They worked with me to figure out what would help my nails last and even though I’ve rarely had the same tech, they have delivered every time! They get to know you and your preferences and I’m so grateful to the staff here. I love that I can just get a gel polish change instead of a full manicure every time. It help keeps it affordable so my self care can stay intact thru out the year.

Always so professional, so kind. I always book online. It is so easy and they can always accommodate. The salon is beautiful, snacks and drinks are provided. A lot of the time its a 1 man show or one woman show . Yes, there's many chairs but, they totally cater to their clients and keep to their schedule and I appreciate that they value my time as I do theirs by booking in advance. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

Tried as a walk in given it was a Monday and in the afternoon. Door says walk ins are welcome, appointment recommended. When I walked in, there was not a single customer. So i thought for sure this will be fine. Noticed walls are pretty bare, comes off a little boring but thats okay. There was a worker cleaning a pedicure station. She did not greet me at all. She knew I was there due to the door alarm. I said hello to her and asked for a pedicure. She responded with I dont have time for that today sorry. Even with no customers at all. Not one. They had at least 4 or 5 stations for pedicures. Surely there is more then one person running the place? If so mayne offer some explanation? Kinda bad customer service. Wont even try again based on that interaction. Went to place.down the street. Theu had several customers and still gladly took me.

After several disappointing experiences at other nail salons, decided to give this one a try back in May. Have returned multiple times and brought family members. Salon is clean. Staff are welcoming, engage with the clients, and have done fantastic gel pedicures. Highly recommend!
