My favorite nail salon in Gallup. Love how my nails come out every time! Today was more elegant classy look which came out beautifully

I went here for a last minute waxing service since I had an event coming up and previously liked their manicure services. Unfortunately, the waxing experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The service was done in a back area where there was food and the door was left open, so there wasn’t much privacy. I asked for the door to be closed, and the technician seemed annoyed. During the service, she made unnecessary comments about my eyebrows and insisted on waxing them even though I hadn’t requested it. The waxing service I actually went there for took nearly two hours. She cut up the wax strips into small pieces and she kept reusing the same small wax strips. She put hot wax on my skin and ripped the wax strips upward which was very painful! By the end, there were still patches of hair left and sticky wax residue on my skin. She wiped the area with cotton balls and oil, which left cotton strands stuck to me. To make it worse, she added an unexpected $10 charge at the end. It honestly would have been better to just shave, I would’ve gotten smoother results for free and saved time!

My experience was wonderful. The staff was great and friendly they listened to what we wanted and took care of us. So this place is 10/10 we definitely will be coming back next time ❤️❤️ thank you !!

Had a manicure and a pedicure, and I am very pleased. This is a family owned business and each of them are absolute experts. I find my time there relaxing and enjoyable. If you enjoy some pampered self- care, I highly recommend Sky Nails and Spa in Gallup, NM. They are very service-oriented, very professional and well experienced 👏 It was a delightful experience and I look forward to taking my business to them again and again!

Did ok on my nails- rush job! Wen was the star her pedicure was thorough and relaxing. James is a joke he made up a price for my nails which included shaping and length . He stated my nails were long -see photo and they were already shaped square. He charged me taxes even though he didn’t charge either of the people before me taxes and the prices were clearly listed on the wall. I would never visit nor refer anyone to this nail salon. He lost gratuity by trying to cheat me.
