⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The absolute best front desk experience! Michele at the front desk is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, kind, and incredibly understanding. Her professionalism is unmatched—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and handled with such grace and patience. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only amazing at their job but also has such a genuinely kind nature. Michele made my entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She is truly the best, and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Our first time here and the experience, service, ambiance and staff was fantastic! Highly recommend. We were a party of 4 for a birthday gathering and the appt set up by phone, reminders and day off was super great. We also had access to the pool area and then had a lovely lunch. The indoor property access was really nice. Spent about 4 hours there and cannot wait to return back. Michele at the SPA desk was so wonderful she even took our picture.

The spa atmosphere was beautiful along with the amenities.the massage itself was very average. I came with my best friend and her massage was cut short. Also the foot scrub we both added Was very basic felt like I got more from going to a local spot in my town for half the price and some of the scrub was left on my best friends legs after service . It was nice to enjoy all the Amenities, but I would probably stick to something more basic next time like a manicure or a pedicure.

Elements has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had. Everything is curated perfectly from the scenery to the professionalism. Everyone there worked so hard to ensure that we had a relaxing time. We want to give special recognition to Devin. Working with her was such a joy. She made every part of this experience seamless. We will be recommending Minerals to everyone from now on.

I just had an amazing massage with Kim — she’s incredible! One of the best I’ve ever had. She really knew how to work out all the tension and made me feel completely relaxed. Michelle at the front desk was also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
