5.5 Nails & Spa

I went to this salon on 6/25/2025. I went in for a gel pedicure and a full gel set. After we initially finished my full set, I was not happy with how thick my nails looked (see first picture). After speaking with the woman who did them, she agreed to redo them for me. She did advise me that if she did them thinner my nails may break; I chose to accept that risk. Despite her redoing them, I am not happy at all with my nails. The polish doesn’t fully cover my nails and the chrome was applied unevenly so there are random globs of glitter on my nails. Also, two days later and the base is already separating from my nail. I paid $147 for a full set and a pedicure plus tip, and honestly they look terrible. I’m really unhappy and would love to get my money back at this point. On the positive side, the woman who did my nails was very nice and the salon was beautiful and peaceful.

I have been coming here since they opened back in September, '24 and Lanny never disappoints! When I have an undecided vision of what I want, Lanny always knows how to put her magic to work and comes up with the best and unique designs for me. She also does a wonderful and relaxing job with my pedicures!! Highly recommend checking them out!!

nail spot seemed okay, however when i went the design was rushed and looked nothing like how i wanted it. and considering they had a bunch of the 3d flower designs on their page i thought it would’ve looked at least somewhat the same, it did not. wouldn’t go again. also overpriced compared to how it looks online.

Very nice Salon that gives you what you want. Very pleasant owners. A nice selection of colors. She fixed my nails that were ruined by another Salon. Both nail technicians are great! I got a wonderful manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommend. This will be my new nail place for sure!

I have been consistently going to see T for the past year and I'm very happy with how he does my nails (gel fill mani & gel pedi). Both technicians are super talented, kind, and do a lovely job every time I go. My mom joins me many times, and she also loves her nails. The nail salon is always clean, great selection of nail polish colors, and the background music is nice and soothing. I also love that this is a family business and the entire family contributes to making the business a success! Thank you for my beautiful nails and I will be back next month!
