Fashion Nails

I recently had a frustrating experience at Fashion Nail Salon, and I feel compelled to share it. My girlfriend went there to get her nails done for a photo shoot for her upcoming album. Her manager had sent her in a pinch, knowing how crucial it was for her to have the perfect look. Unfortunately, the salon proved to be a major disappointment. Despite my girlfriend being particular about her nails for the shoot, the staff made it difficult when she requested the color from their lookbook. They claimed it was unavailable and couldn’t match it, which was incredibly frustrating for her. Things escalated when the store manager got involved, taking over the appointment. Instead of helping, the staff’s entire attitude turned aggressive. They over-filed her cuticles and pulled at her hands harshly, making her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the service. When my girlfriend’s manager called to address the poor service, the salon's management offered excuses instead of solutions. They implied that my girlfriend was problematic and claimed they rushed the job to accommodate other clients, which only added insult to injury. The next day, my girlfriend’s nails were far from what she needed for her shoot. The quality was lacking, and the entire experience was disappointing. To this day they are still chipping, causing me to not recommend Fashion Nail Salon to any customer who values themselves. If you care about your time and money, avoid this place at all costs.

The nail technicians are true artists—they take their time to perfect every detail, and the quality of their work is outstanding. My nails have never looked better! They also have a great selection of colors and designs, and they are more than happy to customize to your liking. What truly sets this salon apart is its customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience, whether it’s offering a complimentary drink, checking in throughout the service, or making sure you’re completely satisfied before you leave.

Nice place, really friendly. I think 88$ for basic French tip and glitter is a lot. I’d probably only come back here for basic nails. It also took 3 hours. I had to conduct important calls in the salon —so be sure to come when you are free free. Other than that, me and my daughter’s nails came out cute!

Blanca did an amazing job with my uv gel nails. She is a perfectionist and I am so happy to have found her. She is highly skilled and listened to my concerns and executed just as I wanted. I will continue coming back!!!

I went in yesterday for the first time. Had removal and new set of dipping powder. Melva did a great job. She was quick and professional. Another tech did the design which I really appreciated because Ik it wasn’t the easiest. I was really impressed. Prices are great. 10/10 recommend.
