Katie Nails

My sister and I tried Katie Nails for the first time as we wanted to try a new salon for our trip to Disney. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We loved our service and our nail artists. The salon was very clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They did such a great job and made our nails look exactly how we wanted. Needless to say, we will definitely come back again.

Walked in a couple of weeks to Katie’s. Did not get the color that I requested, but the nail tech did a wonderful job. Walked in, again and got someone totally different . I was pleased with my feet, but my nails were a mess. Blotchy (nail polish not pulled evenly through) and lumpy. I was going to pay, but not going to return. So, once at the counter, the rep asked if I everything was okay. By that time, the owner (I assume) joined in with the same question. I showed her my nails and asked her if they looked good to her. She said yes. And, after standing there for a minute or two, as the person that was handling payment was on the phone booking, she said that she would give me so much for my toes and so much for the hands, totaling $75. I said okay because you know that they are not giving a dime back! She then walked off speaking something in her native language. Again I ask, do these look good to you???

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The owners and staff are friendly and respectful. Their work is clean, precise, and timely. The atmosphere is very calm, and eloquence. I was very surprised with the pricing-Very fair and reasonable. At other salons, I would’ve been expected to pay $80-$90 for this design was only charged $60, and I am OBSESSED. Please gonna support this local family business. You won’t regret it!

Such a cute nail spa; very clean and inviting. I had the pleasure of being pampered by Ale and she took real good care of me. I came undecided with what nail design to get done and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured she tended to everything. She also did my pedicure and she massaged my feet with stones, it felt heavenly. Staff was so nice. Definitely coming back.

Excellent services. This is the perfect place to take care of your hands and feet. Whenever I come, Julissa takes care of me, she is responsible for leaving my nails on point and providing me with the relaxation of my hands and feet. If you are looking for a place that cares not only about how the colors look on your nails, but also about their health, this is the place .
