Her name is Nana — she grabs your hand too hard, has no gentleness, and seems like she doesn’t enjoy what she’s doing. She paints very poorly, leaving a big gap between the nail and cuticle, and misses spots like she’s in a rush, as if it were free. This person really hurts the reputation of the place. I didn’t like it at all.
