Newport Nail Bar

I have been going to Newport Nail Bar for sometime now and every time I am more than satisfied with the services. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, salon is well lit and clean. I always ask for Josephina and she always provides excellent service. She always makes my nails look amazing!!!!!

I love going here! It’s real close to work so i can pop in there after my day is done for a mani/pedi. Their online appt set-up is easy to navigate and i recommend doing this as they do get busy, although i have just walked in and all but one time they were able to take me. The gentleman at the front desk runs the appts very efficiently. The salon is bright and clean. The nail techs are a great group of girls who are very client focused and professional. I get the regular mani pedi which is $50 and the polish lasts. It’s the Summer and I go to the beach often and my pedi lasts for a good two weeks, no chipping, which i think is amazing! I highly recommend Newport Nails!

Had a great experience here yesterday! Neydy did my nails exactly how I wanted, she did them perfectly and was very patient and careful. They are going to look great for my wedding!!

Terrible service and quality. Just moved to the area and got a hot gel manicure and pedicure—not cheap. Within a few days, nails started chipping and breaking, which has never happened to me before. Went back and paid $5 to fix one nail. The following week, more nails broke. I returned to ask for just $5 off my next gel manicure, and the staff refused. One woman blamed my “weak nails”—which makes no sense since they did them and I paid for a service that’s supposed to last. Horrible customer service and attitude. No accountability, no professionalism. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I love this nail salon! All the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always provide outstanding service. They really make you feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and professional. I always leave happy with the results, highly recommended!
