I love my hair after I got them done from Noom. Amazing hairdresser ! I got curls and a hair wash and root touch up ! Best experience ever unlike other spas where they leave you with the black coloured spots .. here Noom ensured he cleans it properly and leaves you ready to go to a party!!

The service is incredible! Helena did my haircut today, and she did a great job giving suggestions based on the ideas I brought her and my face shape. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process! Nanie styled my hair and she did an awesome job after only seeing the reference photo once.

I can’t wait for my hair to grow back so I can fix it. If you don’t mind a stylist taking liberties with your hair, ignoring your instructions, running late, switching stylists without notice, surprise charges, and offering apologies that don’t actually help, then this is the place for you… —— I went in for a simple even trim and clearly requested about half an inch. I repeated my request multiple times, even showing the exact length with my hands. The stylist confirmed she understood, yet she ended up cutting nearly four inches and added terrible, uneven layers. I was on the verge of tears before she tried to “fix” it, but by then my hair was already too short and looked botched. She did apologize at the end, but that doesn’t fix my hair. The pricing is also deceptive. They washed my hair first and then told me the stylist’s price- higher than the advertised eighty dollars on their website. They insisted the “+” next to the price meant they were being transparent. So I ended up paying over a hundred dollars for a horrible haircut, which didn’t even include it being dried, cause that’s extra. I will not be returning here and would not recommend them.
