This is a good spot. Great service. Make an appointment, much easier. Clean. Quiet. I believe her name is Nancy, she was great. Focused on the area with the most pain for me but wasn't brutual with her approach. Others when I tell them about pain, attack it like I owe them money. This isn't one of those "Mama-san" places so please don't show up and be an idiot.

I went in for a massage hoping to relax, but unfortunately had a very bad experience. During the session, the pressure was extremely painful to the point where I actually started crying. I repeatedly told the lady that it hurt and asked her to stop, but she kept insisting I was “just tired” and continued pressing on the same painful pressure points. I eventually had to physically move away and ask her again to stop, and she still continued the same technique. It’s now two days later and my back is still so sore that I flinch when someone even lightly touches it. This is not what a massage should feel like, and it definitely didn’t feel safe or respectful of my boundaries. On top of that, at the end I still tried to tip out of courtesy—even though the service was not good. When I gave a $5 tip, she told me the “minimum” was $20 for an hour, even though I only had a 30-minute session. I ended up giving $10, and she still acted disappointed and gave me attitude. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and in pain. I would not recommend this place based on my experience

As u can see I have been going to Smile Spa for a while with all the stamps I have on my card. They are excellent, clean and very professional. My masseuse is excellent and makes me so relaxed that sometimes it takes me a while to drive out of parking lot. Would so recommend Smiles Spa

I was satisfied with the my first experience at the massage parlor. The message therapist who provided the service was named Emma and she gave such a great massage. I left the establishment feeling refreshed and relaxed. They have a special offer for first time customers for 70 minutes for only $55 cash which is appealing ! I can’t wait to try their facials and facial massages next ! Be mindful that they have a parking lot in the back of the store.

I had a neck and shoulder massage, and it was a very unpleasant experience. The therapist used extremely hard pressure, even after I repeatedly asked them to go lighter. On top of that, no lotion or oil was used, which made the massage painful and very uncomfortable — it felt like they were just digging into my skin and muscles. I left the session with bruising and sore bones in my neck and shoulders, which is completely unacceptable for any professional massage. I do not recommend this spa. A massage should be relaxing and safe, not leave you in pain and bruised. It’s shocking that they would provide a service like this without proper technique, tools, or care for client comfort.
