2025-06-12I went to Great Clips today and had the best experience with Jessica in the Galloway, NJ location! She was so sweet and did an amazing job on my thick, long hair that I know is a pain! Honestly, I was not expecting to have a such a wonderful beautician at Great Clips (sorry) but Jessica definitely knows what she’s doing and has excellent customer service skills. Thank you Jessica! Great Clips should be so grateful to have you there. I wish I took a before and after photo of my hair.

2025-05-22Have had great haircut experiences here. Using the App to set the appointment is pretty accurate. I only wish between the individual Great Clips and Corporate they make it easier to find their discount coupons. I suggest finding a way to actually update the app to store the coupons. This would put them a step above others
