Now, they still look perfect after several weeks, which has never happened for me anywhere else. The staff is warm, welcoming, and prioritizes cleanliness. 2025-03-31So my issue is I’ve been going to this place for 6 years and lately new staff has replaced amazing old staff. I got my nails done by Kim the other day and I had to come back a second time because of how horrible they were. The chunky “French” is her first job like what the actual hell??? The second “pink” is me coming back and asking for them to be fixed. I paid $125 for this and a spa pedicure that only lasted for 15 minutes before she started painting. Everything rushed and just horrible service. If you like sharp and clean cut nails don’t come here. If you don’t mind chunky trident veneer looking nails, this is the place. I’m so disappointed as I USED to be a regular. They will not see me again. The LAST TWO (the ones that look like a professional did them not a 4 year old) pics are what I normally get and what I had to get done by somebody else cause they could never!!! Very unprofessional and ever since they’ve hired new people it has NOT been the same services.
