💯 for Ava Ava did an amazing job on my nails! She got the exact shape I wanted and made sure the design and color perfectly matched my skin tone. Everything turned out 100% just like the reference photo I showed her. She’s super friendly and very attentive, always checking with me to make sure I was happy with the shape, color, and design. I couldn’t be more satisfied — highly recommend Ava! The salon itself is also wonderful — very clean, comfortable, and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The music is great, the whole staff is cheerful and friendly, and even the receptionist was so attentive. I was honestly surprised to find a nail salon with such a positive and energetic vibe. Absolutely will be back. 😍

I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner! Best mani of my life! I’m beyond satisfied with how my nails looks and the staff is incredibly kind. They really take their time to the best job while being efficient with their time. Jason and Linh are exceptional but I’m sure all the nail techs are just as talented.

First time here. I came in for dip powder and wax, my first impression was good because they called me in advance to confirm the services I wanted done and let me know they don’t have a waxing room anymore, so the wax would need to be done in the open. My natural nail shape was neat and a healthy length when I walked in, and Maria filed them roughly, too fast, and changed my natural shape. Workstation was filthy, powder and dust everywhere. Not an enjoyable, relaxing manicure. Tech asked if I liked the shape/thickness once the mani was done, which didn’t make much sense to me. I didn’t mind the wax being done in the open, however, the wax was done sloppily. She left huge patches of hair on my legs, ignored giant sections of hair, and left wax all over. I came home and scrubbed my legs twice, and the wax still hasn’t come off. I expected some redness after the wax, but Maria asked me if I was having an allergic reaction after the fact. She should’ve asked me that before starting the service. I’m surprised this salon has so many positive reviews because I had a very unpleasant experience and won’t be returning.

Zac was amazing! I’ve been to a few different people at the nail box and have never had a bad set! Zac did my nails today and they came out perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be working with him moving forward!

This was my first time at The Nail Box, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jason was my technician, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely precise and detail-oriented, making sure every step was done carefully and perfectly. What stood out the most was how attentive he was—checking in throughout the session to be sure I was comfortable and that everything was exactly how I wanted it. His professionalism, accuracy, and kindness made my first visit such a positive one, and I left feeling completely satisfied with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for excellent service!
