Brio Salon Nails Spa

Brio is hands down the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to! Rosie is truly an artist so patient, meticulous, and passionate about her work. She just did my wedding nails, and I am absolutely in love with how they turned out! Every detail was perfect, and the 3D flowers were beyond stunning. I can’t stop looking at them! If you want beautiful nails and an amazing experience, Brio is the place to go.

I have had a wonderful experience at Brio Nail Salon Spa! I typically travel here from about 30 minutes away just because of how good the salon is. Not only does my nails last over a month but all of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I am always able to book an appointment (which I love that I am able to do online or just by calling). The establishment is very clean. They have the most up to date products and do the best designs! I have been going to Rosie for years and I have never been dissatisfied. All the staff is great & I would recommend Brio to anyone in a heart beat! I have struggled for years to find a nail salon in south jersey that I wanted to continue to revisit. I am happy to say my sister recommended Brio to me and I have never had a bad experience since I started coming over a year ago! Annie is so meticulous with my nails and despite how picky I am, will always make sure I am satisfied with the outcome. I am happy to finally have a place I trust that I don’t feel disappointed in the service when I leave. Annie is the best!! Thank you, Brio!

Very poor customer service. We had multiple experiences in the past few years where I and my sister made an appointment with one specific person (made online, where they ask you who you want to do your manicure/pedicure), only to be given someone else when you arrive whether you want that person or not, or we were made to wait while the person you made an appointment with finishes up with a walk-in. So appointment times mean nothing to them. And the person you signed up with is there as well, but they just don't feel like taking care of you! I am moving on to a new salon, where I will be treated more kindly. The below response from the salon owner only confirms how I have been treated. They expect their customers to take whatever they dole out, when in reality, it should be the other way around. We are paying customers, you need us to stay in business. Good luck to you too!

I absolutely love coming here! Annie does an amazing job on my nails always. I have never not loved a set from her. Everyone is super nice and I always leave feeling amazing!
