2025-06-27My nails are the healthiest they have ever been thanks to VIP Nails & Spa. I have never needed to wait long, and all of the women are amazing. Scheduling appointments in advance is definitely the best way to go once you find your favorite nail tech. I love Evelyne and her attention to detail!

2025-07-20my entire visit felt very rushed, and I wouldn’t say the lady was unfriendly, but I wouldn’t say she was friendly either. I got a manicure which includes cuticles and a hand massage. She told me I would have to pay extra for my cuticles to be cut and my hand massage was mostly a slap with some lotion. I also wasn’t told to go rinse my hands off so it was more of like an exfoliating slap with all of the grit. the polish looked terrible even after asking it to be fixed. For my first and last visit, I would say I’ve gotten better nails from places that charge much less and were friendlier. for the way the place looks I honestly felt catfish by the end of the whole experience. and as you can see i got the most basic thing possible.

2025-07-30I went in for a gel refill and a pedicure. The last place I went to my nails never felt right. Mandy did my gel refill and did an amazing job. My nails feel much better, more natural, and overall healthier. I'll be coming back more often! I went back for a gel refill with Jess and she was amazing!! She was very detailed and made sure I had a great experience. She made my nails look beautiful!

2025-07-01Love my nails! Tina was great, I will definitely be back to VIP and will request her again. Update: have gone back several times. My nails have lasted 3 weeks without any damage (and my nails grow very fast, otherwise I think they could last a month) - been very impressed💅🏼 Salon is so cute and has beautiful new lighting. Everyone’s very friendly here and it’s very clean! I’ll continue to request Tina and only go to VIP Woodbury Heights.
