I just wanted to say a big thank you to my favorite nail salon for treating me so well for my birthday! Every time I come in, I leave feeling so happy with my nails. Luke and Ally are always so professional, kind, and truly talented at what they do. I’ve been coming here for a while and they never disappoint. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that consistently delivers amazing nails and great service!

Mimi did an excellent job!! It’s a little pricey but I was happy with the service. I did upgrade to spa pedicure so maybe that’s what it was. I think they may charge extra for gel on your toes, but I’m not sure. Thank you Mimi for taking care of me! You’re very nice and gentle!! You followed the design I wanted and altered the color I wanted as well! 😘😘

It was my first time here and it was a great experience! I scheduled time with Mimi - this was based off the reviews I’ve see on Google. She was awesome! She was accommodating, she answered all my questions and her recommendations were flawless! They all seem very nice and friendly! Here are a few reasons I’m giving them 5 stars: First, super glad that they were open on a Sunday! Second, their website was easy to navigate and also had prices and descriptions of the services. Third, it was also very easy to book an appointment online. Fourth, the service was good! Fifth, the place was neat and they had many payment options. When you get in, someone greets you even tho they’re working on someone. They ask you to check in on the ipad and all their nail colors are lid out neatly. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back for another pamper day! Any chance I can get my receipt? Or a breakdown of the services I got? Thanks!

Update as of 11/29 The tech who did my nails for me reached out via text justifying all the reasons why my refill on a unfinished set a $85.00 and tried to say i had two nails broken when i in fact did not at the time of the initial refill. Unfortunately instead of the salon responding with a professional response.. example of the appropriate thing to say would have been “ We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please provide us with more information so we can investigate the issue and take steps to prevent it from happening again.” Instead I’ll post what she did say in the photos. Again still so unprofessional and completely ignored the fact that after 14 days my nails had a mold growing under a fresh set. If i showed her one the 14th day no reason my nails should be lifting before then. I used to have nothing but good things to say about this salon, but unfortunately, since it has been taken over by new owners the pricing has not at all remained consistent. The last straw was me paying for a $85 REFILL. Unfortunately i was getting my nails done and had to abruptly leave without getting the top coat finished. Mind you i get the same thing every time. Same color and a design on each index finger because i had to abruptly leave i did not get to speak to the tech about why i was being charged $85 for a refill but when i went back the tech told me it was the stones that made it so expensive. Mind you it was so ugly if i would have been able to stay i would have absolutely asked her to remove it. So you mean to tell me a refill set unfished costs $85.00 and to top it all of when taking it off my nail had some kind of mold or fungus underneath. Absolutely horrible. She then recommended a new set for $75. It makes zero sense and to top it off the tech used a different color pink powder and did not inform me she was going to at all what so ever. Until the top coat was on it that’s when i saw that she basically picked whatever she wanted without telling me. Pictures below of the $85.00 refill set unfinished, the fungus, as well as two different color pinks that i did not agree to and the worst part the major inconsistent pricing. Horrible would not recommend they don’t care what they charge you clearly.
