Hot Nails

I’ve been going to this salon for just about 6 months as Mimi started working here from previously being at Luke Nails. I’ve been going to Mimi for years, love her work! Unfortunately it’s been to many instances that as a loyal client I did not appreciate. Please be aware that this salon does not have a adequate scheduling system, there are no reminder texts etc. For as much as they charge, they should invest in one. I had a appointment today at 6pm, in which I made this morning at 10:00am. I call at around 5:10pm, to confirm my 6:00pm appointment (As I have been misheard in the past) just for her to ask me if I can come tomorrow instead, I told her I wanted to come today and asked why would they schedule me for today if she was not able to do my nails. Her response was they don’t know how long it takes her to do my nails (refill with French tip design). So you mean to tell me you didn’t look at your bookings this morning and see that I was scheduled at 6pm, and you could not call me sooner? Instead I call and basically get told tomorrow. I really did not appreciate that. Not to mention the last time I did my nails, I went out of my way to get cash before my appointment, so that I could get the $5 giftcard they offer, but because I was $2 short from there $65 cash minimum to qualify for the giftcard, they did NOT honor it. I’m going elsewhere.

First time here and i absolutely loved it. Ive had a hard time finding a place where i can get hard gel on my nails and for it to actually last at least 2 weeks. Crossing my fingers that they do. I requested Anna from all the good reviews she had. She is so nice 😊

I went today to take off my acrylic gel polish and she.. my natural nails drilled down to the nail bed...used the wrong drill bit to remove my gel polish. Nails becomes more sensitive 🥺 and look even worse.

I love love love this place!!! Yesterday I was running so late didn't get there till 6:30ish but Mrs. Ana still took me and did my nails right!! Such a friendly and clean environment.🩷

Best nails I’ve ever had done! Kenny knew just what I needed for my wedding! They have plenty of space for you to bring your friends, and the techs are super friendly too! They have an amazing spa pedicure, massage your legs with hot stones and towels and different lotions! I will totally be going back there!
