Belle Palace Nails and Spa Deptford Township

So originally my rating was five stars and I had included all of the photos below because I've been going to this particular location for 4 years and with one particular tech for three years. I have always celebrated their work. As you can see, posting 45 pictures is excessive and I've even shared their work on my own personal social media because I've always been proud of their work. I've always loved their designs, they always bring it to life and I've always been happy. However, I'm not one to leave a negative review so this isn't a negative review. It's more of a disappointment that I wanted to share because I think many can agree that getting your nails and your toes done these days has gotten expensive and it's a luxury that we treat ourselves to and I work hard for my money and you always want to walk out of your nail salon loving what you just spent a lot of money on. You don't want to be disappointed. You need to walk around with it for a few weeks so you want to enjoy it. 2 weeks ago for the first time in 3 years I wasn't happy with my design. It did not match the photo I had shared and I shared that with my tech. However, in the same breath acknowledged their hard work and appreciation for the time they spent and I thought everything was fine. Come to find out 3 days before my next appointment everything was not fine and they had the front desk Call me to say they think I should go to another tech since they couldn't make me happy in my last visit. I was shocked. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I wasn't angry To be honest. I was surprised and sad. It's like breaking up with your technician and I didn't understand why, especially because this person has my phone number and if there was an issue they could have shared their feelings with me or wait to my next appointment and discuss it with me face-to-face since we do have an established rapport but they didn't. They only reached out to me after I brought this to the attention of the owner who I have to applaud and I'm very grateful for her and her leadership team because they reached out to me as well to try and make the situation correct and ensure that I felt valued and that my business was appreciated because at the end of the day there's a lot of places we can spend and invest our money and I've chosen this establishment for 4 years so I did feel a certain type of way just to be dismissed. I didn't think it was right and I really wish my tech would have spoken to me because maybe it could have been resolved a whole lot differently. But they reached out to me alluding to the fact that I had no right to make a big deal of my experience and I'm sorry in the service business clients have every right to share their experiences. I really like to share positive experiences and in this establishment where I've supported their business for quite a long time I didn't feel that it was right to just dismiss me, especially over something that was not even a huge deal. I'm the one spending the money and was disappointed. I'm the one that's affected nobody else. I was even looking forward to the next appointment because I knew it would be awesome. I wouldn't have to worry. These things happen not everybody's going to walk out of the nail salon Happy not everybody's going to walk out of the hair salon happy .... That's no reason to just throw a client away. I have recommended him to many people. My friends have even gone and gotten their nails done with this tech and they won't be returning because of how I was treated. And because this tech has such a following, it doesn't matter to him and it's no big deal but every client should be appreciated & respected. He's made me out to be the bad guy so I just wanted to again Thank the owner and her team. I'm grateful that they took the time to speak with me and acknowledge my experience. I wish my tech only the best and continued success!

My daughter & I always get our nails done here! We have been coming for about 6-7 years. We love them all!! They have been able to do all the crazy nail designs I've ever asked for.

Alex did a great job as always! The shape and design always come out amazing when I get my nails done by him. Great customer service and is always very gentle whether he does my pedicure or manicure!

Poor treatment and poor service. I was going to one particular nail tech. She does excellent work but when I would make an appointment her staff would call and cancel the appointment or try to reschedule. A few times I showed up and the tech wasn’t there. So I started using other techs but they didn’t service me the way I experienced with the one tech. I called today to get a booking and got to the appointment phase and the guy on the phone stated she’s not taking appointments from you. She never disclosed anything to me personally. I tried to tell him that your staff messed up the times and appt not me. He didn’t care to elaborate. I’ll take my money somewhere else. Not a problem but poor customer service experience.
