Thank you to this team for having an appointment last minute. I received a quick gel tips removal and basic man/pedi due to a time constraint. I'm so grateful I found this salon. Clean and thorough sanitation practices. Very gentle on my natural nail beds and answered any questions with kindness. The massage with both mani and pedi were excellent! I will be returning. I’ve been coming here since the day they opened, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. The salon is always spotless, with a clean and welcoming. Don is truly the best nail tech! And I am VERY picky lol! He’s meticulous, knowledgeable, and always takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. You can really see the care and precision he puts into his work, and my nails come out flawless every single time. I’ve referred multiple people and they’ve had a great experience. The professionalism, cleanliness, and overall service here are unmatched. I always leave feeling taken care of and so happy with the results.

The salon, without a doubt is absolutely beautiful. You could smell the fresh laundry they were doing from the towels as you walked in the door. However, my experience and rating is solely related to my nail technician and the service that I received. I do not doubt that if I had a different nail technician, I would be able to truthfully rate my experience as 5 stars. I completely understand that everyone has to learn and start somewhere, but it was very evident that my nail technician needed more practice before servicing clients. During my service, I was repeatedly uncomfortable because of the motorized nail tool hitting my cuticles. My nail technician repeatedly told me to, “relax your hand” to which I responded, “you keep hurting me with the tool”. She also kept putting my hand in an unnatural position, expecting it to stay there, causing more discomfort. My nails were also extremely uneven and she did not check the overall length for each finger to make sure it matched. I am in no way slandering this business, but I would highly recommend that next time an owner or more experienced nail technician shadows an employee if they are still learning or new. Getting your nails done should be relaxing and it was not at all that for me, unfortunately. I hope you’re able to take my feedback.

My nails were uneven but Helen helped them still look appealing. She redid whatever looked off to her and made sure I was happy with the results. Very satisfied.
