2025-07-19Went to this place for the first time ever today. Got builder gel. The man who did my nails was very nice but was also very distracted. He was answering phones the whole time and also bringing other techs stuff. At first glance from a distance my nails looked good, but when I got home and looked closely, I realized that they were quite poorly done and that my natural nails underneath had been over filed and ruined. I also have a cut on one of my cuticles from how much he filed down the nail. I'm very disappointed with my service. *edit* changing to 3 stars because management reached out to offer a discount for next time and to fix my manicure.
