I had an excellent massage with Jocelyn. She was very thorough and kind and made me feel totally relaxed. She additionally gave me some stretching tips to help me with my scoliosis. I highly recommend Jocelyn if you’re looking for a massage.

My 90 minute massage with Anne was so healing and relaxing! Anne was kind, professional, and is amazing at what she does! She listened to my concerns before the massage, and did such a great job with pressure points. I love it and feel great. Can't wait to go back! This may have been the best massage I've ever had- and I'm picky. Jocelyn was amazing! Her knowledge of anatomy made me feel very comfortable due to my injuries and her use of various modalities and props was incredibly appreciated. The signature massage with Jocelyn was beyond worth it. Highly recommend and would pick Jocelyn as my go to therapist if I lived here.

I was at solstice for my sister's 50th birthday and had a great massage with Jocelyn. She did the best job on my tight areas! My facial with Haley was also nice and relaxing. I like that she explained all the products she was using. Recommend solstice!

A 90 minute session with Chris V was exactly what my injured body needed. I had been experiencing hip pain from traveling. After evaluating, Chris determined the problem was coming from my lack of spine rotation. He incorporated some gentle strokes, and movement, and with permission included some cupping and CBD creme. I felt amazing the remainder of my trip, and was delighted to leave the spa and hike the trail behind the resort PAIN FREE!!! Thank you, Chris V, for your expertise! I also received access to the resort gym and pools, but did not take advantage of that. Special request to the owner, I was not a fan of the CBD creme. Have found other brands to be noticeably effective, where this one went unnoticed after application. The spa was lovely! Clean, and had a delightful receptionist. Thank you!!!
