Lincoln Nails & Spa

Had BIAB done here and I’m really impressed. The staff were super careful and paid a lot of attention to detail with my design. They even offered me a drink while I was getting my nails done, which was such a nice touch. Service was friendly, the work was great, and my nails have lasted 3 weeks already and still look fab

I went here yesterday for an infill, I requested a first off complex design but they said they couldn’t do that today due to the length it would take. I accepted and picked an easier design. The man was so rude to me, slagging off other nail places in Lincoln saying they were so bad. I’ve never had a bad experience here before but sadly today was the day. The nails that I asked for, the outcome was AWFUL. I then later went back and asked for them to be fixed and they said I needed to come back later, I couldn’t because I had plans. So now I’m stuck with these awful nails. They are so poorly designed and executed. I’m devastated because they were £38 with student discount and this was an infill. I was polite to them and kept apologising about the first off issue and he kept saying these nails would be better than the picture and they most certainly aren’t. I’ll be going back tomorrow and asking for a partial refund so I can get them fixed elsewhere. Some nails aren’t even the same shape, they are super sharp, really badly designed.

Third time now I’ve given the benefit of the doubt, I returned after my nails had chipped after one day having them done, on arrival they was very rude to me, I returned for a fresh set and two weeks in they’ve completely chipped and snapped some even have lifted, I am not hands on therefore it shouldn’t be the case, one came completely off whilst washing up as if it was a stick on nail, they cannot even do a simple French which is my go to, I’ve been having to have them all one colour and when ask for the most simplest design they can not do so, I shall not be returning.

Came in just wanting an infill however the man who was serving me explained how the last appointment I had, they had ruined my nails. So he had to do a full new set and helped strengthen them, he discounted them a lot for me and gave me a better price than it would usually be. Gave me amazing new and healthy nails back!!

They are absolutely amazing! Honestly couldn’t get a better service. I was having a nail crisis due to hating where I had just got them done the day previous. Lincoln nail and spa saved my day and even stayed open after hours just to make sure I had the best experience and everything was perfect for me! I will definitely be a regular from now on.
