Heaven Hair Gallery Salon

After years of my daughter and I being clients, we will never be returning. My daughter came in looking for a ring of her hair to be dyed. She was there for over 3 hours, spent $300 with tip, was never shown the back of her hair, and when I took a picture for her to see it there was a section missing. I reached out to the owner who called my daughter a liar and said she was shown the back of her hair by multiple people, and that the only way the back would be fixed is if she paid for more product. I offered pictures to show the missing section and was told no because different lighting could make it look different. Below is a picture of the original dye with the missing section and then the fix she wound up doing for herself.

Today was my first time in a salon in a long time. Very beautiful welcoming place to be. Colby did a fantastic job on my hair cut! I booked online and made it easy!

I have been here a few times in the past in between moving and always had a good experience with highlights and haircuts. Now that im settled back here im so happy to be back at Heaven. The atmosphere is cool, the staff and owner are lovely, and the services I've had are always 10/10. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a well-kept, professional salon!

It was my first time here. I walked in and thought wow, this place looks so fancy! I was excited until while I sat there waiting for my stylist, one of the others, unsure if owner or just another stylist, was talking horribly about other clients that had given a bad review TO THE CLIENT THEY WERE WITH at the time AT THE FRONT DESK, the receptionist ended up joining in the convo too! It was very upsetting and highly unprofessional. Its a long story, but my stylist ended up not being able to do my hair for understandable reasons, but because of the conversation I had heard prior, I was happy to take my business else where. Aside from this, they may do hair well, but also know prices were quite a bit higher here than several other places in the area.

Loved my results with this full foil last weekend! Thank you so much, Christina. Will forever be my go to salon for my hair and love the atmosphere and all the people do such a great job!
