2025-08-20Two haircuts in seven days. Original then redo/repair from another stylist. Absolutely, hands down, worst two hair cut I have ever received. So bad and so sad for me, AWFUL After the above review the Salon reached out to me again. Their suggestion was a consult with the Salon’s owner. I met with her today. She recognized the problems and offered solutions. Clearly she is an experienced stylist and worked wonders on my hair. Her shaping not only looks good now but will allow a much easier grow out. Customer Service is essential in building a customer base. Both the office manager and owner reached out to me to right an unfortunate situation. I am feeling much better about my hair and My Reis Salon this evening.

2023-11-20Never have had so much trust in a person to do my hair like I have with Katie. Would 100 percent recommend this salon to anyone! All the staff there are super friendly and bring positive energy to the environment. Katie has never failed to put me in absolute awe when showing me the finished look. While not only being incredible at her job she also never fails to make you feel comfortable and welcomed! This is by far the best salon I have been to with very reasonable prices.
