UPDATE: I got a text from Kay following up my review offering to make up for the service so I'm gonna add one more star for now due to customer service and will follow up after I go back. Prices are fair, I got a full set and a pedicure. The fullest was immensely disappointing. I got almond shaped and they are not similar or almond shaped at all, one of my pointer finger nails got glued on way to the side so it bent down like a talon, not a nail, and surprise surprise it broke off less than a week later. I got chased in the parking lot for $3 she forgot to charge me. I try and be very kind and not problematic bc I'm sure they deal with horrific customers frequently but I was kinda surprised how badly it went. The pedicure was find and the lady I had was kind to me so when we went to do the full set and I was pointing out issues she wasnt very pleased with me and didnt really do anything to fix it so I was trying to just force myself to be okay with what I got but I spent $120 for messed up nails and disappointing service. I had originally planned to go back to get a fill in a few weeks but I will take my business elsewhere, really bad experience):

My experience was amazing!! I’ll definitely be going back!! I highly recommend them!! I had a male tech i believe his name was Henry or Henny but he was amazing!! 🤩 i found my new nail tech! He listens to you and does exactly what you want! Great quality! This is the best place.. everyone is nice and polite!

I went in a week and a half ago for a French manicure, and it was one of the worst I’ve had. I specifically asked to have the new growth cut off and return to my usual length, but the technician refused, despite my request. I’ve had consistent mani-pedis every 3–4 weeks for over 10 years, and this was far below the standard I’m used to. The dip is thick and clumpy near the base with no proper blending to the nail bed. One nail broke within two days, the tips are already chipping, and now the dip is pulling from the nail and getting caught on simple tasks like washing my hair. This is not acceptable for something that’s less than two weeks old. What’s most frustrating is that I was there for two hours, paid $130, and left $40 in tips ($20 per technician). For $170, this experience and result were absolutely not worth it. I’m very disappointed and wanted to make you aware of what happened.

Kay is by far the best! I couldn't decide what color cats eye so I let Kay choose and I love it! She is amazing! Orange this time to encourage summer weather!
