The Nail Arts

I do not typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I’m so upset and displeased by my experience that it feels necessary to provide feedback for future customers to be mindful of. I came in for a pedicure, and while the pedicure went mostly well, I ended up with a bloody big toe. The nail tech asked if I wanted a manicure and I said yes because it’s my birthday and I wanted to splurge. I regret that choice. My nails ended up having sharp edges. I asked for several nails to be filed again, and there was polish on my fingers as well. I paid and walked out to my car. There ended up being a spot on my pinky nail that was raised, but also not fully polished and was snagging. I walked back in because I couldn’t that that one go, as it would need to be corrected asap anyway. After sitting back down with the nail tech, I noticed multiple areas that were raised on my nails & other spots without polish. I asked her to just remove all the polish. I didn’t want anything else done. I still have polish on the edges of my nails after asking several more times to address it. I asked for a refund of the manicure and was met with “no” because I chose not to have my nails polished again & because I was given a 10% discount off my total when I paid due to the bloody toe & less than satisfactory experience. I wasted more than an hour on a manicure that I paid for, didn’t receive adequate service & left with nails that look nearly worse than when it began. Came to this place to get my nails removed and gel polished. The Gel polish is trash it’s cracking and dull looking. This was the worse I’ve ever seen. It only lasted 1 week. Thanks a lot. And the customer service was horrible as well. Save your money girls do your research on this place my gel shouldn’t be water down

Tom did my nails in these photos and he did a FANTASTIC job!! He took his time and was very precise. Cici/Cece and Andy are also amazing. They are both very fast and know what will look best for you, if you ask them for their opinion of course.

If I could give them a zero a negative review I would. Do not go to the establishment if you do not plan on getting gel polish for any of your services as they will make you feel less than I will embarrass you in front of anyone that’s in the building about how your financially not able to pay for gel services. oh, and they will lie to your face that they can’t do French tip with regular polish because they wanna charge you an extra $40 for gel which a container of gel polish cost all of five dollars
